Toronto Island

The Toronto Island is the perfect change of pace for runners (and novice bikers like me!) The pedestrian streets are much more relaxed so you can just focus on your stride plus the water and skyline make for the perfect, insta-worthy backdrop!

The short ferry ride over is worth it for a traffic free run and lots of places to stop and take in the views of the city.

Barry’s Bootcamp

I love a good challenge and Barry’s Bootcamp will put any runner to the test. The mix between circuit training and treadmill keeps things exciting and the class goes by so fast. It’s definitely hard to push yourself to the maximum when you’re alone in the gym.


All the Barry’s Bootcamp instructors are so motivating and will make sure you hit your limit each class.
